A media kit is a presentation of your work as an influencer. It includes your type of content, your statistics and the reach possibilities of working with you.

What is your warranty policy?

We do not refund or exchange products. With your satisfaction in mind, we produce quality cosmetics products in order to offer you the best products for your skin. However, since each person is different in terms of allergies or intolerances, we cannot guarantee that no one will have an adverse skin reaction. We strongly recommend that you check the ingredients list before purchasing one of our products and that you test the product on your elbow before applying it to your face.

What is the expiration of your products?

At the bottom of the product’s label you will find a small open pot symbol displaying the letter (m). The number in front of this letter indicates the number of months the product will keep once opened.

When I mix water or hydrosol with my mask, lumps form and I can't get a smooth substance. Is this normal?

This texture is completely normal. The lumps are due to the oats contained in the mask and this will not affect the effectiveness of the mask in any way.

How much water should I add to my powder mask?

There is no exact amount! We recommend approximately one part water to two parts powder. The important thing is to add water little by little until you are satisfied with the texture.

What is the ideal routine for dry skin?

In the morning, cleanse your face with our pink konjac sponge and continue with our rose tonic. Apply our hyaluronic acid serum and then a cream rich in lipids.
In the evening, remove make-up and cleanse your face with our rose micellar water. Finish with our hyaluronic acid serum and argan oil. Once a week, exfoliate your face and apply the white mask for a good dose of hydration.

What is the ideal routine for normal skin?

In the morning, cleanse your face with our pink konjac sponge, followed by our our rose tonic. Next, apply our hyaluronic acid serum, followed by a moisturizing face cream.
In the evening, remove any makeup and cleanse your face with our rose micellar water. Finalize with our hyaluronic acid serum and argan oil. Exfoliate your face on a weekly basis and apply our purple mask to purify and soothe your skin.

What is the ideal routine for combination skin?

In the morning, cleanse your face with our black konjac sponge, followed by the application of our lavender tonic. Apply our hyaluronic acid serum and then a light face cream.
In the evening, remove any makeup and cleanse your face with our rose micellar water. Finalize with our hyaluronic acid serum and argan oil. Exfoliate your face on a weekly basis and apply our pink mask for radiant skin.

What is the ideal routine for oily/acneic skin?

In the morning, cleanse your face with our black konjac sponge, followed by the application of our lavender tonic. Next, apply our hyaluronic acid serum followed by a mattifying cream.

In the evening, remove any makeup and cleanse your face with our rose micellar water. Finalize with our hyaluronic acid serum and argan oil. Exfoliate your face on a weekly basis and apply our green mask to purify your skin.

I don't like the smell of the product I ordered. What should I do ?

We cannot guarantee that the smell of each product will please everyone. You have to try them to find out!

What are the delivery times?

All of our orders are packaged with care and love. It takes between 3 to 5 business days before your package is in the hands of Canada Post.

Can we modify an order that has already been paid?

Due to the logistics involved, it is not possible to modify or add an item to an order that has already been paid for. This is why there is an order confirmation checkbox that must be checked before proceeding with the payment of your order.

The product I received is damaged/broken. What should I do?

Take a picture of the damaged product and contact us at info@cocooninglove.com so that we can settle the situation with you.

I had a skin reaction but your products are 100% natural. Why?

Natural does not mean that there is no risk of a skin reaction. For example, pollen and poison ivy are both natural.
