Can I use your products if I'm pregnant?

We suggest that you seek the advice of your doctor.

What are the delivery times?

We operate with a satellite warehouse, once the order is paid, it is received / processed immediately and then sent with Canada Post. You will receive your order between one to 5 business days.

Can we modify an order already paid?

Unfortunately no, since we work with a satellite warehouse that receives and processes your order immediately so that you have it at home soon 🙂

My package is damaged, what should I do?

Write to us and we will replace damaged items free of charge. We will still need a picture of the different products. For reasons of fairness to our company, we ask you to send us this request within 7 days of receipt of the package. Any request made after this period can not be taken into account.

I made a reaction to one of the products, what should I do?

Do not hesitate to write to us, we will see what we can do 🙂

If I have a back order item in my order received, has it been charged to me?

Yes, and you will receive it free of charge as soon as it becomes available.
